Every color now has a unique, permanent `color_id`, and images can be requested by name or by id. Useful where several colors share a name.

/api/colors returns a color_id for every color. default (the original paint) has color_id: 0.
A car's /colors and /all have a new field color_details: the same selection as colors, with color_id, color_name and color_make for each color. colors itself stays a plain list of names.
Request an image with ?color_id=1544, by car names or by car id (/api/id/{id}/{view}?color_id=1544, /api/id/{id}?color_id=1544). It takes priority over color; requests by name work as before. An unknown or inactive id behaves like an unknown name: default paint and errornote F04.
/api/colors/{color_id} returns a single color by its id.
Image responses tell you which color was applied: settings.color_id (0 for the original paint, null for a hex color on add-on images).
